our founder

I became a mother and realized how much of myself had quietly disappeared in the process: my identity, my pace, my softness, my ambition. Everything started to revolve around everyone else. And I couldn't find a space that made room for the in-between — the part of motherhood that's not picture-perfect, not chaotic, just quietly hard.

There were days I felt like I was drowning in tasks and barely floating in purpose. Days where I knew I was a great mom, but also questioned who I was outside of that role. I had dreams, skills, a creative vision, and a voice that was getting quieter by the day. And I knew I wasn't the only one.

So I created MOTI. For mothers like me. For the women who hold it all, often silently, and still want more. Not more on their plate — more from life. More connection, more identity, more freedom to build something of their own while raising someone else. MOTI is a community, but it's also a mirror. A space that reflects your wholeness back to you when you forget. It's for the mothers who are still figuring it out, still fighting for space, still dreaming even when their eyes are tired.

My goal isn't to tell you how to mother. It's to remind you that you're more than one thing. You're layered, talented, soft, strong, and worthy of being seen fully — not just in your parenting, but in your purpose.

We're not just building community. We're building infrastructure. Support. Legacy. Opportunities. We're shifting the narrative around motherhood in the industries we work in, live in, and grow in.

And this? This is just the beginning.
